Our in-house/ virtual training sessions are tailored based on our agent needs and new program launches . Mariana Cowan , who has over 35 years of real estate experience in Nova Scotia delivers training each week in partnership with many resources . We also have marketing and social media training with our Marketing Dept. Accounting best practices with our in- house accountant .
