Born and raised in Newfoundland, Fred moved to Halifax in 2006 after joining the Navy where he met his partner Bryen and started their family together. Fred has 3 young children (4, 6 and 8) and in his spare time enjoys simple pleasures like watching cartoons with his kids, Bike rides, BBQs with friends and swimming.
